Datavloot is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. We are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42091239 and can be reached at info@datavloot.nl en +31 (0)30 227 0439.
We are not required to appoint a data protection officer. Questions about this statement or about your data can be sent to the email address above.
What data we process
We process only data you provide to us yourself. The overview below is complete.

Providing this data is not obligatory. If you do not fill in a form, we cannot handle your request or send you a notice; the rest of the website remains fully usable.
What we do not do
- This website places no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking software.
- We do not sell or rent data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We do not build profiles and we take no decisions based on automated processing.
- We do not process special categories of personal data.
Recipients and transfers
We use external service providers to host this website and process the forms. They process the data solely on our instructions and under a data processing agreement, and may not use it for their own purposes.
Some of these providers are established outside the European Economic Area. For those transfers, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses serve as the appropriate safeguard. Beyond that, we only provide data to third parties where a legal obligation requires us to.
Third-party fonts
This website loads its fonts from an external party. Your IP address is passed to that party in the process, which is necessary in order to deliver the font. No cookies are placed and no tracking takes place.
Security
All traffic with this website runs over an encrypted connection. Access to the data we receive is limited to the people who need it for their work, and we keep no more than is necessary for the purpose for which we received it.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:
- see which personal data we process about you;
- have incorrect data corrected or completed;
- have your data erased;
- have the processing restricted;
- object to the processing;
- receive your data in a common file format, or have it transferred;
- withdraw consent given earlier at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing before that point.
Send your request to info@datavloot.nl. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Changes
If the way we process personal data changes, we will update this statement accordingly. This version dates from 7 September 2026.
